The CSPC 2026 Face-to-Face Poster Competition provides a premier physical stage for postgraduate students to present their latest research findings directly to a live audience of peers, academics, and industry experts. Designed to foster real-time innovation and sharpen scholarly communication, this event evaluates participants on both the scientific merit of their work and their ability to present it with visual clarity, precision, and engaging face-to-face interaction.
To participate in the Face-to-Face Poster Competition, candidates must meet the following criteria at the time of the event:
Open to all currently registered PhD and Master’s (by Research & Mixed-Mode) candidates at the School of Computer Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia.
Participants must maintain an active candidature status during the competition.
This specific track is exclusively reserved for on-site participants.
Outstanding presentations will be evaluated by a panel of judges and peer attendees. The following awards are up for grabs:
Top Winners: A total of three (3) top winners will be selected based on the judges' final consensus and scores for academic merit and presentation quality.
People's Choice Award: In addition to the main prizes, one (1) exclusive People's Choice Award will be crowned based on popular vote by all colloquium attendees. Explore the presentations and vote for the single most captivating poster!
