WORKSHOP 2

AI: Your Study Buddy with a Conscience!

Should We Embrace AI as a Valuable Ally?

Or should we treat AI with caution? That is the big question that will be discussed in Dr. Syaheerah's talk. In principle, it is a two-way discussion on the balance between using AI tools for enhancement versus dependency. Through real-world examples of AI misuse in research, this talk reveals the risks and consequences, including potential career pitfalls. This talk will provide practical insights on how to navigate the ethical challenges and opportunities that AI presents. The key question this talk will address is how to engage students harness its potential without being overshadowed by AI.
