As AI tools transform scientific writing, literature review, and peer review processes, this talk highlights actionable strategies for maintaining rigor, upholding ethical standards, and successfully positioning research in top-tier journals.
Associate Professor Zaid Abdi Alkareem Alyasseri received the B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Babylon in 2007, the M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in artificial intelligence (brain-inspired computing) from the Computational Intelligence Research Group, School of Computer Sciences, USM, in 2020. He is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Kufa, Iraq, and serves as the Director of the Department of Scientific Affairs. He is also a visiting professor at several international universities, such as UKM, UTeM, and UNITEN. His research interests include optimization, pattern recognition, EEG, brain–computer interfaces, signal and image processing, machine learning, and deep learning.
